New multi-use games area for Brooke Priory School
We are very excited to announce the opening of our new state-of-the-art, multi-use games area; a facility that is set to benefit Brooke Priory pupils for decades to come.
The surface is a high quality, sand dressed synthetic grass with a high performance shock absorbing base, perfect for a variety of sports and activities.
The positive impact that this facility will make to our PE and sport provision cannot be overstated. As well as for lessons and fixtures, the children will be able to enjoy the facility at break times and for extra-curricular clubs too.
The surface has large and small sized pitches and courts. Our netball and hockey provision in particular is set to benefit hugely, but the multi-use nature of the surface means it is also suitable for a variety of ball games and activities.
The facility has four floodlight stands to ensure we can continue to use the surface in the depths of winter. It also has a designated viewing area for spectators, which includes shelters to protect from the elements. We are looking forward to seeing the enjoyment that the children will gain from the new games area, we know it will be an incredible asset to the school.
