ICT

The school has a well-equipped computer suite, which all pupils use.  Every classroom has an electronic white board and teachers have a laptop which is wirelessly linked to the internet.  There are also a number of stand alone computers around the school.

All pupils have specific ICT lessons as part of the curriculum.  They start in the Early Years by learning the correct way to turn a computer on and progress through to Year 6 when they use a variety of software packages e.g. data handling in Microsoft Excel.

Children use computers for research with their class teachers, in small groups and individually.
